Didn't/ wouldn't ship what I ordered
I ordered a pack of 10 black PLA refills with a master spool. I seem to have received 10 normal spools of filament. Then, I ordered a variety of colors and didn't hear anything for over a week - until after I'd already received the first order. I contacted you and was told that I would have to swap one of the colors for black. Since I'd just purchased 10 spools of black, I did not want to pay for another. Instead of offering other options, you became rude and cancelled my order. You should have contacted me immediately when you knew you couldn't ship my order as placed and you should have offered other options besides swapping a spool for black.
