Tax Bit is tops in caring customer service!
I had unsuscessfuly tried to use tax software prior to contacting TaxBit. Tax Bit customer service enabled me to upload documents!!! When I had a problem they would find a way to do things. They were all very positive, encouraging, and understanding! Plus what a GREAT feeling to finally have last year's taxes done and know they are correct! Thank you TaxBit personnel -Ally
