Scam, plain and simple. Tells you that they can unlock your phone, total rubbish. What they mean is they'll show you how to do a factory reset. Other reviews have said the same and no doubt I'll get a reply from them with a link to "supported phones" which again is just a scam, they have no means of unlocking your phone.
