Needs better customer service and engagement
Purchase made online on the website 31st Oct, product arrived 28th Nov to New Zealand. Website info needs updating as obviously no longer free shipping to NZ. No reply to email query other than a tracking number provided, which took ages to see any update. Better customer service recommended, if any at all.
