Purchased a projector and it did not work upon delivery. It was packed well and did not have any visible shipping damage, so I can only assume the unit was not qc'ed properly or was not strong enough to survive transit. When I asked to return for a refund or get a replacement, they offered $15 to keep the non-functioning unit. I ended up having to initiate a charge back in order to get a refund. EDIT: In the end, they did send a replacement, but I had to go back and forth through e-mail for a week to not get charged for it. Make sure you verify your unit works within 7-14 days of receiving it or else you may go through a similar experience if you get a dud.
