Did not bring appropriate fittings
Did not bring appropriate fittings. Tried to join down pipes by cutting in and creating a leaky eyesore instead. Did not install hangars 16 to 24 inches apart as advertised. Sloppy use of sealant. Could be more. Still looking. They promise to come soon to rectify problems . May have better opinion then. Ohio Manager came personally and rectified problem using a fitting obtained from their own warehouse. Was very apologetic.
