Enjoyed my experience!
I reached out over a weekend for a bag I've been wanting for a long time. To my delight, they answered me within a few hours. I was fully expecting to receive a message on the following Monday. I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions! I received my bag today and it is beautiful. Exactly as described/pictured, and the unboxing experience was lovely and well thought out. Thank you!
