Worst express. They don't have a decent policy. I had booked a room and wanted to cancel it within 15 mins due to my emergency. None of their employees helped nor they have a proper phone number to contact. Worst experience. Would never want to use this again. Will spread the word of my experience to all my network. As a company there should be some time limit for cancellation. On the dashboard it show refundable when booked it says non refundable. Worst service and policy
