I ordered my items on the 22ndsept after sending emails to ask where my items were they said will be delivered between 2nd to 6th Oct 2026 It has came on the 6th.I sent email to ask where it was they said it was delivered. No it has not I stayed home all day on 5th and 6th and there has been no delivery. And no photo of proof. I have sent a complaint and want my refund or Items. Reply After waiting for items I escalated my complaint, to you And I was sent a message it had been put in my gas metre box. The items bag was soaking wet. But I have the items now. I was not given any information to where the delivery had been left until I put a complaint in. But I do have my parcel now.
