Dress was made by a 10 year old-Update
Update: Milano made a final offer of 50% refund of the dress. Even though one main issue was they had made the petticoat 3”to long which has nothing to do with fit. The wedding dress I custom ordered came with so many problems. The underskirt with the lace edge dropped 3 inches below the dress. But also the lining in the top was clearly a different size and the bra cups were placed unevenly. The edge of the bodice rolled out. The back clasp was 4 inches off where it should have been. Then they went back and forth emails that showed me how they wanted the “proof” that the bodice was made poorly. And then they offered $40 refund and told me to keep the dress. At this point I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.
