Subscription Trap
Subscription Trap. Charged £34.99 after three days without making explicitly clear the autorenewal would be after three days. Chatbot email replies then lied to me saying the payment had been cancelled by my bank when it hadn't been. Have now raised a dispute with Visa as there's no way to contact anyone other than said chatbot, ergo no way of asking for a refund.
