Bad Chinese products. Avoid at all cost
I ordered a "made to measure" dress for my daughter's wedding but they decided to alter the measurements then the dress did not fit (duh). I had to pay costly emergency alterations (2 inches off the bodice). Their refund policy is diabolical and dishonest. Digging a bit, I found out that their UK company is a shell that does not report any accounts, does not pay Corporate Tax or VAT to HMRC UK. Just an UK address and UK website address for a Chinese company to mislead UK customers. Update: jjshouse offered a full refund but quickly closed down the ticket...and did not refund, of course.
