Pathetic
Extremely bad service. I had unfortunately booked a hotel on Happyeasygo.com and couldn't proceed further with the booking so I had to cancel it and I did it immediately, I then called up the customer care and explained my situation they said that I would receive my refund in the next 7-14 days almost 10days and I hadn't received any amount from their end so I followed up, they still kept saying that I would receive my refund it had been 22 days after I had still not recieved anything so I decided to email them upon emailing they told me that my amount was non-refundable. How irresponsible is this I kept waiting only to know that I wouldn't get back anything this is so wrong on their part this shows that they do not take their customers seriously never have I ever experienced such a bad service. Please don't ever make any transactions from this site
