Update to my review of 21 Oct 2021. I have now received a new camera and a new SD card from this company. Everything appears to be working correctly although I have not used this live yet. I believe the lady who has sorted this out is called Claire. She has kept in touch with me since i wrote my review and ensured that I received the new items. Many thanks. I am now changing my current review to one of satisfaction.
