Adequate but not great for overstuffed furniture
I received my sofa covers approximately 4 weeks after ordering them. This was in line with the email they sent out regarding the delivery. The important thing to remember is that they count business days M-F not the weekends. It was critical to pay attention to measurements. I ordered one size larger than what they considered normal- a four seat cover for a three seat sofa. The issue comes in that my sofas are overstuffed, so even though we ordered a size larger based on measurements, the covers do not fit my sofas adequately. They look sloppy overall since the proportions don't line up and it is obvious that there is a cover on them. As I purchased them to place over mattress protectors (I have an incontinent cat) they are staying in place. The other issue I had was that the ottoman covers do not come in the same shades or material as the sofa covers, so that piece of furniture no longer matches the rest of the set. I also replaced the flimsy foam material tuckers (that came crushed and twisted) with dowel rods for a more secure hold.
