After agreeing to send a replacement for a faulty unit in November after months of supplying evidence. The replacement never arrived. They sent tracking information that said it was delivered but after speaking with Royal Mail, it never existed. So 5 months later I'm still waiting for evidence or a replacement. I paid by credit card so next stop I'd getting them involved Your reply again makes no sence if you read the review. The local post office was contacted and there was no record of the delivery. As the sender it is your responsibility to follow this up and get compomensation and resend a new one out
