If I could get negative stars I would. The first shipment I did with these people went great. The second shipment, however, was packaged exactly like the first shipment and they came out and said that it needed to be bubble around whatever that means so we bubble wrap it. The company comes and picks it up. They deliver it and then they charge an additional $7.50 for a phone call. I guess I’m in the wrong business. I need to be in the phone call business to get paid $7.50 for a phone call never use this company.
