a Total Fraud
a Total SCAM! Please be away from this agency. I called them several times regarding the cancellation of my ticket, but they always tell me to talk to the airline, and the airline is the only one that can help. But when I called the airline, the airline told me that they cannot see any information because the agency avoids it. The airline cannot even check the price of my ticket. I usually call the agency again, but they always tell me they cannot help.
