I have purchased a few times on Zalora and have no issue in returning items until the last purchase. Bought a Furla Rita bag but found it a bit too small. It was only out of the box for less than 20min and I decided to return it and repacked it immediately. My return was rejected on the basis that there's a scratch on it which I'm pretty wasn't there before. It is the vendor purposely scratch it to give excuse to reject my return??? That's very underhanded for luxury goods vendor and Zalora should investigate!
