Have always enjoyed using...till today
Have always enjoyed and appreciated the service. It has been very helpful for the three properties I have. I even upgraded to a lifetime membership, Lately they have not been available by phone only by chat, as their phone system would drop calls. Today I needed help updating a lease. I tried to open up a chat. The chat window says they should reply in 2 minutes. It has been 31/2 hours, no reply and now they are closed
