Update as promised. Changed from 1 to 4 stars, I did in fact receive my item yesterday, after thinking no correspondence did find email, item is quite small which is fine as it’s a keyring the print is very small quite hard to read , seems okay quality time will tell I guess. Hopefully will be well received. Came in a nice little pouch. Still dubious of ordering from sponsored ads. This seems to be the only route to get some sort of response. I ordered a personalised Father’s Day keyring on 27/05/24, money (£18.48) taken out of my account 29/05/24. I was concerned after receiving my confirmation email as there was no order number or tracking no just thanks for your order. So I have sent 2 emails asking for number so I can track but nothing ( not in junk either) really annoyed at myself for ordering from a sponsored facebook ad. Lesson learnt. If I get a response, receive the item or get a refund I will amend my star rating. But as it stands a one is too high.
