As it often is the case with such reviews, they are heavily skewed, seems like only the people with an issue leave a review, which heavily skews the rating. Some reviews even don't seem to realise that what they're going on about is actually not an issue Zotac should handle. I personally just had an interaction with the support and am incredibly positively surprised. Not even after an hour after submitting my ticket I was forwarded to the right people and from them got an answer after once again less than an hour. Very fast, efficient and polite, a rare case.
