104€ import taxes to Germany
I bought a DF64 coffee grinder. The shiping toke 3 weeks (2 weeks at customs clearence). I had to pay 87€ import taxes to Germany and 15€ administrive charge from Fedex, in the end I spent 70€ more than at a european store. Customer service is well avaliable via mail and responsed fastly, this is one reason for 2 and not 1 star. I got a grinder with a UK plug not with a EU version :( I would not recommend to buy a df64coffee.com, because the import taxes (they promise "no taxes") and the missing warranty. Additional: One year later I got a refund of the paid VAT taxes. In the end, I paid the import taxes of 10€ and the handling fee from FedEx auf 12€.
