Misleading responses from customer service
I have placed several orders with Tapestry market and so far have been happy with the quality. However 2 of the cross stitches that have arrived were not up to standard, one is order GBT00007996 Baby Yoda cross stitch where the colours are really washed out on the stamped canvas so you can not tell the difference and another one is a dragon pattern from order GBT00008269 where it hasn't been printed correctly (looks like the canvas were moved during printing). I have contacted customer service on the 26/09/2023 and was told the new canvas would be issued next week, but it has been nearly a month and I still haven't received any tracking for the new canvas or any updates. I have emailed and messaged their Facebook page several times and have received no response. I find this experience rather frustrating since both baby yoda and the dragon pattern were meant to be presents.
