I purchased the V-Neck Lantern Sleeve Button Midi Dress after having my eye on it for a while, and I was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The fabric looked nothing like the photos; while it was clearly trying to imitate the advertised design, the quality and finish were nowhere near what was shown. I contacted customer service, who offered either a 40% refund while keeping the item or a replacement. They also issued some coupons, which I had no interest in using after this experience, as my trust in the brand had already been lost. Neither option was acceptable, so I requested a full refund. They refused and instead offered a 55% refund only if I returned the item at my own expense. Shipping from the UK to Poland, with tracking and signature, as required, was almost the same cost as the refund itself, making this option completely unreasonable. The entire process felt misleading and frustrating from start to finish. The product does not match the images, and the return process is clearly structured in a way that discourages customers from pursuing refunds. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid.
