This company is horrible
This company is horrible. Only 2 people on customer support, Wendy and Irving. They so not coordinated one gave one answer another a different answer for the same question. They have no phone number,no what's up, no zoom. You wait 24h to get an answer,the answers are so out of logic you can't follow it,so you have another and another question and took mounth to clarify. I am so but so very disappointed. Just now I found out their shipping and what Etsy offer to ship it's not the same,and a shipping it's so expensive,took all the profit away, actually can't be sold their product b.the shipping cost is very high. I would totally quit, if I wouldn't designed on their platform more then a 1000.very sad. Who is reading this, can you please suggest me another company,with great support ect. If they would be in the USA I would ask them for compensate my wasted time and dreams into them.
