Unfair Giveaways, they don't deal with problems properly
They restricted me on instagram because I told them one of their giveaways wasn't fair (they picked a winner who didn't follow the rules, then picked a new one after I called them out) so my comments wouldn't be seen by others, unless they approved them first (and they never did). I messaged them about it, they read the messages and kept ignorning me. Of course, all my giveaway entries weren't counted, so it's also a form of rigging. And apparently now you have to pay for the shipping even if you win a giveaway, so I wouldn't call it a giveaway. Another thing about it, many people told them that their live times are awful because for some people it's in the middle of the night (2 am for Germany/ France/ Italy) and they can't take part. You think they AT LEAST tried to fix it? Of course they didn't. They don't even care, they just ignore customers and issues unless someone is able to spread it around and make it huge, like it happened with the plus size community and another episode about an offensive article they wrote years ago.
