Thank you for the good service to my students, but...
Ben Plunkett was very helpful and gave my students and me the answer we were hoping for - I feel he treated my students fairly. Junior Moise was also very helpful when he responded to an email from the academic dean above me, but that was one week after I had sent him a message through the Akademos Help page. I understand I contacted him during a very busy time of the academic year, but some type of response to my initial attempt to contact him would have been reassuring and given my something to tell my students who were waiting for me for advice about what to do.
