Promises with No Delivery; No Resolution
I will be checking reviews before I buy from now on. I placed an order with Cute Thee, unaware that the company was based in China, back in September of 2021 and have yet to receive the items or a refund. At first the customer service was really responsive. The fault in the beginning was mine I had recently moved and the address was incorrect, still customer service assured me that they would re-send the item to the correct address. However, now, as the time has gone on I still await a resolution. I no longer want the items, but would accept them. I also would accept a refund, but though I have an entire string of emails I am left still without product or any resolution except "deal with it". So, while I have no experience with the product quality (which I can now see from other reviews is also lacking) I do know Cute Thee Customer Service is unable/unwilling to serve. I do not recommend.
