THEY ARE THIEVES THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY BIGGEST SCAM STAY AWAY What on earth is this joke, I have sent multiple emails stating why I wanted a refund, and I have had almost zero cooperation from them. Even 1 star is too good for these thieves.I tried to purchase the dr phone phone backup package. When I paid I was supposed to get charged only £20, but instead, you STOLE £150 FROM ME. It turns out they had edited my basket and added their dr phone full toolkit. Also, you say that you offer a 7-day money-back guarantee whereas as I can see that this was also FAKE ADVERTISEMENT. This is ILLEGAL and does NOT comply with the EU regulations. I spent 2 HOURS on the phone in a waiting line stuck on hold, only for the phone to get closed on me when I started talking. This is really frustrating, and I personally would never buy anything from this company again. this company has probably been the only company that has given me such a hard time, and rough interaction. and honestly, this company has the potential to be something great, but unfortunately, the greed got to their head. Edit : After I posted this review, I seemed to get a speedy response and a refund straight away. Only changed the review because they asked.
