Spooky2 has established an excellent system of technical support for its customers and this is essential if customers are to get the best from SP2 equipment. The same helpful policy extends to the sales team although there is some pressure to steer customers towards the more profitable sales. Although this is good business practice given the nature and complexity of the SP2 system it is not always the best practice from the customers point of view. SP2 must not become profit motivated and its prosperity will come from increasing its customer base.
