My Review Attention: Person in Charge
Attention ; Person in Charge Please allow me to share an unpleasant experience my friend, her young son and myself experienced yesterday Day: Saturday Date: 11Sep Time: 505pm Venue: Ntuc @Waterway Point We were at your Wine section at the abovementioned timing with the intention to get a bottle of red wine for an upcoming party event. Your staff (no name tag) approached us asking if we needed help? I politely let her know that we would like to look around first. We were actually very impressed with her approaching us in that manner. With that your staff left us on our own. While looking through yr shelves my friend recalled that another girlfriend of ours had recently introduced this wine that she had previously bought from your outlet with the name Casillero Del Diablo. and we had a picture of that bottle of wine. Thus we approached your staff (the same one) for assistance. We were making sure to look for her in case she could gain any commision from our purchase. However in her reply that shocked us, she said *in almost similiar manner' 'they are all there.if you see you see if you dont see then you dont' In a shock i asked 'Do i have to go through the shelves my own?' She repeated the same 'You see if you see...' I then asked her nicely again 'Earlier you came asking if we needed help. But why when now we needed help, you are not helping? She was left dumbfounded. My friend and me then went through all your bottles of wine until we finally found the bottle we were looking for, and paid for our purchase. We were happy to have found the bottle of red wine which were recommended by a friend but we were left dissapointed with the service rendered by your staff. The next time we needed to get a bottle of wine we would think twice before going back to the same outlet. About the 'not so pleasant' experience that my friend's young son had ( also with the same staff) i shall not elaborate here first in the meantime. Please check and advise if your staff could have actually provided a better service? Appreciate your kind attention in this matter. She was on duty at the timing stated above.
