ordered ender 5 plus, worked for 2 prints then went crazy. lost $600 basically
they were good at getting back to me but kept pushing to send me parts to fix the machine that were not the problem. I now have a $600 investment crap printer to fix. please do not buy from this company!!! buyer beware!!!!!!
