15 days and still no tracking details
Placed an order on 1st Nov, which is showing as not even packed never mind delivered and it is now 15th Nov! This was a product I bought as a gift for a birthday - well that has come and gone so I had to find something else. I have emailed CS who are looking into the status of my order. This oil needs to be amazing (if it ever arrives) to make up for the poor service!
