I am very happy with my experience with Playology. I originally purchased the Dual Layer Bone for my pup and she didn't take interest in it unfortunately. Per the guarantee on the product packaging, I reached out to the company and they were able to send an alternate product, the dri-tech rope, which my pup absolutely loves!
