So far I’ve loved the product and how easy it is to use. I went from using 5 products morning and night to 2. The process had become daunting due to time so I was neglecting me skin. With Proven, I actually look forward to washing my face! The products are gentle and customer service has been great when I’ve had to reach out. The reason for 4 stars is the amount of time it actually takes the shipment to go out once they say your new formula is being started. This last month was close to a month. I’ll need to adjust my weeks to make up for the delay. Other than that, it’s been a wonderful product to use and I plan on continuing using the line!!
