Worst Service provider
Redbus service provider showing use travels agency details without verification & it's not trust worthy. I have booked tickets from pune of Jai bhavani Travels. No update about vehicle no.No GPS tracking. Service provider not pick mobile calls ( Mob No 93205 53011 ). Driver call me @ boarding time & give falls commitment that they came in next 15 minutes. Driver stop for dinner before boarding point without any information for 1 Hrs. Vehicle delayed 1:15 hrs. No space for lagged. Staff saying can I cary your bag in my hand for whole traveling. I suggested don't book tickets of Jai Bhavani Travel.
