Decent quality, customer service could be better
I’ve never had to send anything back so not sure on the returns process - but everything I’ve gotten from here has been very good quality. Sizes are small so be careful, but that’s typical for cosplays. The only issue I’ve ever had is after waiting a few months being told the costume I bought wasn’t in stock - they didn’t notify me of this when I purchased. They only told me after I chased them. When the costume eventually came it was amazing, but the lack of communication was still disappointing.
