We ordered two kits and and only received one !
It's been over a month since the after-sales service has been giving us the runaround. We ordered 2 kits and only received one. On the package delivered by GLS the weight written on the label (5,7Kg) does not correspond with the real weight of the package. I don't know who to blame GLS or Nanoleaf but one thing is for sure, I have been ordering online for over a decade and I have never had such a poor experience in terms of communication. I've already wasted I don't know how much time repeating myself over and over again on more than 20 emails and it's still not resolved in the meantime.
