Shame you can't give zero stars. I bought 4 Cath Kidston items on 20th November, seemingly form a UK outlet site. Tracking on the Shop app says they were delivered on the 21st December but they weren't. Tried contacting them via the Shop app numerous times and no response. Deceitful scamers
