This is not a trustworthy company. They will make you go through an onerous troubleshooting process for their products, but they never actually address the constant connectivity issues with their apps. They will give you the runaround until you are outside of warranty leaving you with little recourse outside legal avenues. If you value your money and sanity at all, should avoid these products by all means.
