I won't be using K&F Concept again
When I bought the tripod, it was listed as in stock... it was in stock but in China, not UK as implied. My camera fell off the fitting twice so I tried to return the tripod as faulty but they refused to give me an address to return it to. Had to open a Paypal dispute to reach a conclusion. Take their claim that 'Customer satisfaction is always our #1 goal' with a pinch of salt.
