I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company, and I feel it’s important to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. First of all, the brand claims to be based in the UK, but every single product is shipped from China, which is NEVER mentioned anywhere during checkout. I only discovered this once the parcel finally arrived almost one month late, even though their website clearly promises 5–7 days delivery. That alone is already misleading. When the items arrived, the shock got worse. The quality of the dresses is nothing like the photos or descriptions. The fabric feels cheap, the stitching is poor, and the sizing is completely inaccurate, Honestly, the products look absolutely nothing like what is shown online. I contacted customer service immediately to return the items, and their response has been unacceptable. Instead of offering a real refund, they tried to give me $10 or $20 “compensation” and told me to keep all the items, even the ones I don’t want. When I insisted on returning them, they told me I have to pay for the return shipment to China, which costs almost as much as the total order. They refuse to cover the return cost, even though they are the ones who misrepresented the delivery times, the product quality, and the country of origin. So at the end of the day, they make it almost impossible for customers to get their money back. This is extremely unprofessional, misleading, and feels very much like a scam. I wish I had never ordered from here, and I’m very upset that I wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with this company. Please be careful the pictures are misleading, the quality is terrible, the delivery is extremely late, and the return policy is basically designed so you can’t return anything. I hope my experience stops someone else from going through the same frustration.
