Didn't Deliver
I put in an order, which was promptly charged and I received a shipping notice. After this, I was told that my preferred pattern was out of stock (despite the shipping confirmation). Subsequent dealings with customer service were ridiculous, with several responses taking a week or more. When I chose another cover (a far less preferred one), they had the audacity to ask me for more money for it. In the end I had to put a chargeback on my credit card (though it remains to be seen if I'll ever see that money again) with no product. DO NOT trust this company. UPDATE: I responded to the company as they requested below. Nothing changed.
