Shocking customer experience
Ordered an in stock item (mower). It has not arrived. No updates from Mammotion. No response to emails. Contacted live chat and I was told early April with no guarantee of delivery then. Offered replacement blades as an apology (they are no good unless I have a mower). Essentially sold an item that they did not have on stock. Incredibly poor service and no clarity on delivery.
