Sent the wrong color TWICE!
I purchased Dark Green velvet curtains and they sent black. When I reached out to them to let them know they asked for proof that it was the wrong color. When they saw the photos, they sent a new item. BUT they ended up sending another black pair of curtains! I let them know that they had mislabled their inventory but since the tag said dark green there was nothing they could do. Even though I sent them photos of the TWO pairs of black curtains. And the label on the back says BLACK. Not only do I not have Green curtains for my bedroom, I have 2 pairs of Black curtains I can't use. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!
