Avoid this airline they rob your money !
I booked the flight from Dubai to Shenzhen they canceled the flight and it is an extreme struggle with them to get the money . They refuse to put me in touch with director , their refund application doesn’t work it gives message wrong ticket number even though I am putting correct ticket number .
