Not reliable and not ethical
For the first time and perhaps the last time it will be, i placed my order with Fitinpart.sg. I think it is not ethical the way they handle their sales order. I purchased and ordered from them on 28 Feb 2025 and it shows on their website, the ETA is on 10 March 2025. i called on 12 March to check the status, they mentioned no ETA. Today on 13 March, i again called up to enquire. They told me that they do not have any ETA and shipment is delayed. When i ask them when will be i receiving the parts, they told me they do not know and don't have the answer. I have waited almost 2 weeks and they told me that i can cancel the order. I really regretted for placing the order to them. Totally wasting my time waiting and this is what i get. Buy from them at your own risk.
