spent 7 DAYS trying to get them to understand a simple single sided board design for 9 components, at first I figured ok, its a language barrier but after they didnt understand what TOP silk screen was or how to mirror a bottom copper layer I decided to give up. to make it worse they wont refund me! they have offered a cash coupon instead...for what? For literally nothing! I went to a competitor and within 1 hour they signed off my design no issues... DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!
