If i could give a minus 5 stars i would. I was led to believe that logo creation was "original" designs but i found the designs sent to me available on google. When I requested a full refund i was met with harassment from the so called designer. When I contacted the company I was told a manager would be in touch as well as the billing department- no one called, no refund even though the site says 100% guaranteed and money back. I was only met with more harassment from the designer. When I contacted the company again and spoke with someone named Justin he blew me off stating billing would call me. When i asked for the number to contact them he said its on the website and then never answered me again. I expect a full refund in the amount that i paid in full in good faith. They lack professionalism and when you request a refund blow you off and just ignore you. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
